Information you provide

When you request a project, we collect the name, email address, ZIP code, project type, project details and optional referral information you submit. You may also choose to send photos of your space. Please include only information and photos relevant to your project.

How we use your information

We use enquiry details and photos to understand your space, respond to you and prepare for a possible project. Our website also processes technical request information to operate the website and reduce spam and abuse.

Service providers and reviews

Our hosting, email and website service providers process information needed to provide those services. Our business mailbox uses Google Workspace; the website uses a separate email service provided through Hostinger to send enquiries to that mailbox.

The website displays Google reviews through Trustindex. Loading these reviews may connect your browser with third-party services, which process technical information under their own privacy policies.

Provider privacy information is available from Hostinger, Google and Trustindex.

Enquiries, photos and storage

Enquiry messages and attached photos are sent to our business mailbox. If an email cannot be sent, the website may retain an encrypted recovery copy accessible to authorized administrators so the enquiry can be recovered.

We do not currently have a fixed deletion schedule for enquiry emails, customer photos or failed-enquiry recovery records. These records are not automatically deleted after a set period. Website backups may also contain copies of stored information.

Permission to share photos

We ask customers separately for permission before posting their photos on our website or Instagram. Sending photos with a project enquiry does not itself give us permission to publish them.

Email info@catmando-catios.com if you would like to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned.
