Information you provide

When you request a project, we collect the name, email address, ZIP code, project type, project details and optional referral information you submit. You may also choose to send photos of your space. Please include only information and photos relevant to your project.

If you include a phone number with your enquiry, we collect it along with the other details you send.

How we use your information

We use enquiry details and photos to understand your space, respond to you and prepare for a possible project. Our website also processes technical request information to operate the website and reduce spam and abuse.

We also use it to measure which website pages and ads lead to enquiries.

Service providers and reviews

Our hosting, email and website service providers process information needed to provide those services. Our business mailbox uses Google Workspace; the website uses a separate email service provided through Hostinger to send enquiries to that mailbox.

The website displays Google reviews through Trustindex. Loading these reviews may connect your browser with third-party services, which process technical information under their own privacy policies.

Website measurement and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website, such as which pages they visit and how they found us. We use Google Ads to measure which ads lead to enquiries. When you send an enquiry, your email address and phone number are hashed (converted into a code) before being shared with Google for this measurement. Visitors who arrive from a Google ad may see a Google forwarding number instead of our usual number. It connects to CatManDo, and Google records basic call details, such as time, length and caller area code. These tools use cookies. You can manage Google ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Enquiries, photos and storage

Enquiry messages and attached photos are sent to our business mailbox. If an email cannot be sent, the website may retain an encrypted recovery copy accessible to authorized administrators so the enquiry can be recovered.

We do not currently have a fixed deletion schedule for enquiry emails, customer photos or failed-enquiry recovery records. These records are not automatically deleted after a set period. Website backups may also contain copies of stored information.

Permission to share photos

We ask customers separately for permission before posting their photos on our website or Instagram. Sending photos with a project enquiry does not itself give us permission to publish them.
